Below is the workflow of the paper bag machine.

Feature

1. Full-color printing is achieved through four independent printing units, supporting dot reduction and spot-color overlay;

2. Stable overprint accuracy between ±0.15mm and ±0.3mm. Dynamic adjustment of printing plate phase by servo motors, combined with segmented closed-loop control of tension (three independent adjustments for unwinding, printing, and rewinding), ensures stable overprinting at medium speeds of 70-80 meters/minute;

3. Drying system: standard infrared + hot air composite drying, for the different characteristics of paper and film, through the segmented temperature control (temperature adjustable range of 80-150 ℃) to achieve 1-2 seconds of ink curing, to avoid material deformation;

4. Tension control: unwinding and winding with magnetic powder brake + floating roller combination, tension fluctuations ≤ ± 1N, suitable for 20-300g / ㎡ of paper and 0.02-0.15mm film materials;

5. Core application areas: plastic flexible packaging-printing labels for daily necessities (such as detergents, cosmetics) on PE/PP film; paper packaging-supporting 15-300g/㎡ paper printing, which can be used for handbags, envelopes and other products;
