Cutting Machine Principle

1. The paper slitting machine shall cut the whole roll or sheet of raw materials with fixed length, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, wood chips, etc., all of which shall use fixed length slitting control.
2. The cutting length can be set continuously. If the actual cutting length has errors, it is easy to calibrate by setting parameters.
3. The slitting control of the paper slitter is divided into two types: static and dynamic slitting: stop the machine accurately when the set length reaches, and then conduct static slitting processing, and restart the operation after slitting; When the set length is reached, the cutting signal will be sent without stopping the machine, and the cutting machine will cut dynamically during the material movement.
