This is full automatic paper bag making machine. This machine processes roll-fed raw materials such as unprinted or printed Kraft paper, food-grade paper, and other paper types. It completes the entire paper bag manufacturing process in one continuous operation.
Window-Cutting Section:
This section performs material feeding, window cutting, film pasting, edge gluing, forming, cutting and creasing, bottom opening and gluing, bottom folding and forming, and finished bag collection-all in a single pass.
Patch Bag Section:
This section handles material feeding, patch application, edge gluing, forming, punching and cutting, bottom creasing and folding, bottom gluing and forming, and finished bag collection-all completed in one pass.
Designed for convenience, efficiency, and operational stability, this environmentally friendly machine is ideal for producing a variety of paper bags, including snack food bags, bread bags, dried fruit bags, and more.

Feature
1.The machine enables continuous integrated operation at high speed, reducing manual intervention and the connection time between processes, thereby greatly improving production efficiency.
2.The entire machine is controlled by a PLC system combined with a servo motor control system, allowing for arbitrary fixed-length and step-size photoelectric tracking, accurate positioning, smooth operation, and automatic shutdown in case of mark loss.
3.It is equipped with a fully automatic constant tension control system to ensure stable tension and accurate material correction during transportation, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy and quality of paper bag production.
4.It features both window pasting and Paiqi bag functions, allowing for window pasting operations on paper bags as well as the production of Paiqi bags. Through special molds and processes, it can achieve functions such as patch reinforcement and die-cutting handles, meeting the diverse appearance and structural needs of different customers for paper bags.
5.It has a large touchscreen human-machine interface that displays real-time working conditions, making operation easy and intuitive.
6.It is equipped with automatic alarm and shutdown features. In the event of insufficient glue, material depletion, equipment failure, etc., the machine will automatically alarm and shut down, enabling timely detection and resolution of problems, and reducing equipment damage and material waste.
