The automatic rope threading machine is designed for paper bags of various sizes and top structures. It supports round or flat handle ropes in two- or three-strand types, made from ribbon or other materials. This machine integrates multiple functions-leather head wrapping, rope cutting, hole punching, and rope threading-greatly improving efficiency in paper bag handle production.

The bottom plates are stacked in a silo and automatically separated and fed into the machine, enabling continuous operation without stopping for material reloading.

A paper bag pushing cylinder moves the bags from the punching area to the loading/unloading station. Then, an offset cylinder transfers the bags to the positioning fixture. The rope threading mechanism-aligned with the punching structure-automatically threads ropes through all four holes of the paper bag in one operation.

Note: CS-3 is suitable for punching holes and threading ropes, CS-4 is suitable for punching iron buckles and opening bags for punching holes, dual-purpose all-in-one machine (metal buckle inner diameter 5 or 5.5)
