1. Remove dust, debris, and plastic waste on and around the surface of the equipment (especially the residual film near the heat sealing knife and cutting knife to avoid high temperature sticking);
2. Check whether the blades of heat sealing knife and cutting knife are sharp, and whether there is any gap or sticky plastic residue;
3. Add appropriate amount of lubricant to the rotating parts of the equipment such as transmission chain, gears, bearings, etc. according to the requirements of the manual, and check whether the fastening screws are loose;
4. After the shutdown need to thoroughly clean the equipment inside and outside the residual film, dust, especially after the heat sealing knife cooling, wipe the knife blade with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to prevent oxidation and rust; clean the lens of the photoelectric sensors (such as color-coded sensors), to avoid dust affecting the positioning accuracy.
