Non-woven fabric slitter
1、 Overview
Non-woven fabric slitting machine is a kind of equipment for cutting and slitting wide materials according to different needs in the production process. The non-woven fabric slitter is mainly used to cut the wide coil into various narrow coils suitable for production. The slitting process includes two processes: unwinding and rewinding. The tension control of unwinding and rewinding is the key link of the slitter. This machine is based on the original electric control system and adds the automatic edge alignment control, which achieves the ideal effect, improves the working performance of the machine, makes the machine more stable in high-speed operation, flat winding, simple and convenient operation, safe and reliable, and strong durability.
2、 Main purpose
Non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used for trimming or slitting the wide coil material such as non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is the base material of the reel with the inner diameter of 75 mm, the outer diameter of non-woven fabric is 600 mm, and the length is less than 1600 mm. The non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used for slitting the non-woven fabric into several rolls of the actual required size, and the narrowest can be slitted to 18 mm edge banding strip.
3、 Main institutions
(1) Rack part
It is welded with thick steel plate.
(2) Winding part
The winding adopts 3-inch air expansion reel and magnetic particle tension controller for winding. This machine is easy to cut and wrap the edge, and the maximum winding diameter can reach 600mm.
(3) Unwinding part
Unwinding adopts 3-inch inflatable unwinding shaft.
(4) Cutter part
The cutting knife can use industrial surgical blade or flat blade (art blade), and the knife distance can be adjusted to 18mm-1600mm.
(5) Host part
It mainly adopts 5 KW motor and electronic speed control system, and the speed of the machine can be adjusted manually during use.
(6) Guide roller part
The whole machine is made of chrome-plated steel pipes, each of which is dynamically balanced.

5、 Use environment

6、 Precautions for use
1. The machine power supply uses three-phase four-wire system (AC380V) and is grounded safely to ensure the safety of operators
2. Before starting the machine, first adjust the speed of the main machine to the lowest speed
3. Pay attention to safety when installing the blade to avoid scratching the blade
4. Regularly maintain the place where the machine needs to be refueled
5. The spindle and round cutter use a stepless speed change system, which can be used for high and low speed regulation and positive and reverse switching control.
6. It is equipped with a double-sided grinding system, which uses diamond grinding. The service life of the grinding wheel can be as long as two years, and the blade does not need to be removed. The blade can be sharpened and kept sharp for a long time to achieve the best cutting quality. It is also equipped with dust suction capacity to keep the cloth and track clean.
7. The imported ball slide rail is used to advance the cutting width in parallel. With the imported precision ball screw and slide rail, the cutting width and 0.1 mm are controlled to achieve high-precision cutting.
8. The imported ball slide rail is used for parallel propulsion and stable cutting. The imported AC motor adjustment system is used for stepless adjustment to control the translation of cutting speed and is not easy to wear, so as to achieve high-quality cutting.
9. The operation interface uses LCD Chinese display screen, which can directly input several load cutting width and quantity settings, and is equipped with manual and automatic conversion functions.
