Tension Control Of Slitter

The slitter magnetic particle brake device is the slitter unwinding group, which is connected with the expansion shaft by the transmission part. The unwinding speed is controlled by controlling the torque of the magnetic particle brake. The magnetic particle brake is selected according to the size of the whole coil material of the unwinding group of the slitter. The common specifications of the magnetic particle brake of the slitter are 12Nm, 25Nm, 50NM, 100Nm, 200Nm and 400Nm. The magnetic powder brake of the slitter is mainly used to provide a balanced and stable torque, which can be adjusted with the tension controller to improve the efficiency and quality of the unwinding work and the whole action of the slitter.
The tension control of the magnetic particle brake is accurate and simple, which can prevent the material of the unwinding group of the slitter from moving. The magnetic particle brake of the slitter adopts DC24V DC voltage, and the heat dissipation can be natural cooling (air cooling) or forced cooling by the device fan. During installation, please keep the magnetic particle brake of the slitter on the horizontal axis and the surrounding environment from being too wet.
